Short version: the contact form collects a few things, we use them to reply to you, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
Nothing else. There is no address field and no hidden profiling. We ask for a phone number because a maintenance conversation is faster by phone than by email, and because we would rather call you back than trade messages for two days.
We reply to you. That is the whole purpose. Submissions are stored by our hosting provider, Netlify, and are forwarded to us as a text message and an email so we see them promptly. We do not sell, rent or share this information, and submitting the form does not add you to a mailing list.
We use Google Analytics to count page visits and see which sections get read. Analytics cookies are switched off until you accept them, and declining changes nothing about how the site works. IP addresses are anonymised. If you have already made a choice and want to change it, clear this site's data in your browser and the prompt will appear again.
Our hosting, form storage, messaging and email providers process data in Canada, the United States and the European Union depending on the service. If that matters for your organisation, ask us and we will tell you exactly which provider handles what.
Form submissions are kept for as long as the conversation is live and for up to 24 months afterward, then deleted.
Under Canadian federal law (PIPEDA) and Quebec's Law 25, you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Write to admin@realtytechflow.com and we will action it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or, in Quebec, to the Commission d'accès à l'information.
